About Esperitz Quest

Esperitz Quest is a single-player creature-taming dungeon RPG about surviving dangerous roads, rolling imperfect heroes, and building a party under old-school class restrictions.

You create a trainer, roll stats, choose a class, pick a starter, and head into a hostile procedural world filled with wild esperitz, towns, shrines, ruins, dungeons, contracts, trainers, travel events, and strange little disasters. Your class matters: not every trainer can command every type of creature, so each run pushes you toward different party choices and different risks.

The game mixes creature battles with tabletop-style checks. You will roll dice for travel problems, dungeon hazards, negotiations, traps, survival, and other choices. Supplies, money, luck, equipment, spells, and captures all matter. Some runs will go badly. Some will leave you with Legacy Points that can be spent on future-run boni, mali, and difficulty options.

What You Can Play Now

The current early-access build includes:

• Trainer creation with stat rolling, classes, alignment, starter selection, and multiple rolling methods.
• Turn-based creature battles with captures, class restrictions, items, spells, weapons, trainer fights, and survival checks.
• A large procedural overworld with biomes, weather, towns, shrines, dungeons, outposts, stores, guildhalls, infirmaries, and events.
• Campaign-style adventure areas with NPCs, points of interest, choices, checks, rewards, and encounters.
• The Livre des Esperitz, tracking discoveries, captures, types, moves, evolutions, and creature notes.
• Contracts, travel events, tutorials, achievements, Legacy Points, run modifiers, and difficulty multipliers.
• Camp and stronghold systems that grow alongside the run.
• Original music by Femto G and original visual assets.

Early Access Notice

Esperitz Quest is playable, but it is not finished.

Buy this if you want the current game and want to follow development as it expands. Do not buy it only for promised future features. Expect balance changes, rough edges, UI improvements, new content, bug fixes, and occasional save-impacting updates while the game grows.

Saves are intended to remain compatible when possible. If a future update risks save compatibility, that will be called out clearly in the devlog.

Planned Direction

Future updates are planned to expand the esperitz roster, add more adventure content, improve onboarding, deepen encounters, polish the interface, and continue balancing the roguelike Legacy Points economy.

The safest public roadmap is staged: smaller fixes first, then larger content updates once the base build has been tested by real players.

Bug reports are most useful when they include:

• Your trainer class and rough level.
• Whether it happened in a new run or after loading a save.
• A screenshot if useful.
• Your Windows version if the game fails to launch.
